ProSpection is a subsidiary of Merrymeeting Inc. (MMI), an investment firm specializing in the acquisition and management of franchise systems. As a part of the MMI family of brands, ProSpection supports numerous charitable organizations both within the United States and worldwide. For the 2007 fiscal year, we will be focusing our efforts on supporting the following select group of charitable organizations.




Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity is internationally known for providing homes for people in need. For ProSpection's 2007 annual convention, we will be co-sponsoring a home construction project in Phoenix with another MMI franchise system.




The Achievement Centers For Children
comprehensive array of services for children with physical, neurological and sensory disabilities, with aThe ACC is a Cleveland, Ohio based organization that provides support services to approximately 3,000 children with disabilities and their families regardless of ability to pay. The organization provides a significant focus on working with autism. The ACC is nationally recognized for the quality of service it provides and efficiency with which it operates.

The Hollard Community Development Trust
The Hollard Trust was founded by one of MMI's shareholders to support various projects in South Africa. At MMI, we are working with the Trust to raise funds to provide food, shelter, education, health care and security to orphaned children whose parents died of HIV/AIDs. HIV/AIDs is having a widespread, devastating effect on many segments of the South African population and has orphaned thousands of children throughout the country. One of the Trust's values, which we whole-heartedly support, is Live Ubuntu, which is a Zulu expression for "we all live and prosper together".
